Bleeding

I am sexualy active with my boyfriend. I started my period febuary 23 then on march 12th I had the light pink spotting for that day now I havent had my period this month yet I am 6 days late and I took a blood pregnancy test on the 27th and it came back negitive. And I am having stomach cramps, headaces,and lower back pain. Can someone tell me whats going on with me

if you have only started your period they may be irregular.
If you are sexually active (which you are) go see your doctor.
