Go to the supermarket/chemist and get cystitis releif as it's most likely cystitis not a full-blown UTI. If this doesn't get rid of it then you need to go to the doctor and they will put you on a course of antibiotics. Remember to keep well hydrated and drinking cranberry juice can help but it's more of a preventative measure and also washing well with water/something like Femfresh that doesn't change your vaginas pH.

yes of course go to the doctor... I made an apt im talking about until then... I've been super stressed lately and havent been drinking or eating much... my mom says thats whats causing it

Yea cranberry juice, and if you don't like that then there's cranberry tablets you can take, they're all natural. Drink a whole lot of water, that is essential.
You're mother may be right, but here's a tip:
the leading cause of UTI's in otherwise healthy women is...you guessed it...
SEXUAL INTERCOURSE!!! (ESPECIALLY unprotected).
Look it up or ask your doc, it's the god-honest truth...
