If all else fails, do something sexy, like surprise lingerie, make him dinner, etc.

I DID BUY HIM A PS3 AND TONS OF GAMES. HE LOVES IT... THEN I GAVE HIM SOMETHNG 'FUN' THAT NIGHT. HE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS BDAY GIFT. THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT ANSWERED THIS QUESTION.
