Birthday party ideas

So im turning 14 in a month and I want to do something really fun for my birthday
I would like to invite guys and girls but I dont think I want to just have a party at my house because my parents are gay and dont do anything fun
It also must be with in a reasonable prise
If have any ideas I would really apprishiate it
I live in carson city nevada btw
