what is the posibility of geting pregnant while taking pills like so that means I guy can totally nut in yu??
anndd what if I take it at different times does that really make a differnce?or not cus my gynecologist says you havvveee to take it at the same...

You have to take it at the same time every day because you need the hormones from the pill to come into your body on a regular schedule. If you don't then you have a higher chance of getting pregnant.

As for the chances when the pill is taken correctly? There is a 1% chance. Believe me, it does happen. I was on the pill for 5 years...I took it at 9 am every day (I never missed a day), I never took any medicine that would make it less effective and I still ended up pregnant.

The most likely causes of BC pill failure are
1.) Missing a day (or even two) and not adding additional protection (condoms)
2.) Improper storage of the pills. Heat will make them less effective - do not store in high heat or high humidity. (I.e. leaving your purse in the car during the summer when it has the BC pills in it.
3.) Taking antibiotics, which reduces the effectiveness.

I've been on BC pills for 5 years now in a monogamous relationship, I've not always been faithful in taking my pills at the same time every day but if it's more than 2 hours off I use condoms for 7 days. I've never gotten pregnant. (you should take it at the SAME time though! Maybe I'm infertile or something...)

BC pills do lose their effectiveness as the reasons bimjob stated... and also if you vomit or have diarrhea within 2 hours of taking it. (it's basically like you missed a pill, your body did not absorb it)

Unless you are in a monogamous(and you're SURE he's faithful) relationship you should use condoms as there are a lot of sexually transmitted diseases, infections, viruses and parasites out there.

Talk with your health care physician about whether hormonal options are right for you.
