Its a bit funny, this things we say.
Its a bit funny, when you put it that way.
The truth is - a beautiful sin we made.
The truth is - all the mistakes we have made.

I cry that they be just lies in the air.
Should'nt love be plain, as the breeze...

on your hair.
As clear as the feel of your skin on mine.
A true promise, as the coming sunshine.

But our words are memories we repent.
Spoke the secrets we shouldn't have to prevent.
And now the truth is clear, the truth is known.
The sky, the clouds, the birds, the love are gone.
