Bikini time

alrighty so im always wanting to know a lot more on losing weight and FAST! we all know excercise and eat less right.. but someone give me more secrets on LOSEING WEIGHT... shedding fat and pounds fast.. as simple as a drink.. a certain food.. certain spice.. anything that can make you say YUM when you see yourself in the mirror.. thanks
ps when I say fast results.. heaven knows I mean FAST RESULTS

ever tried slim fast? - that's what I use to loose a few pounds!! and it works well for me!! drink it twice a day - replaceed by a meal, and ONLY snack on fruits and veggies whenever you're hungry... and for dinner eat only a small portion of food (salad with light dressing, a bit of rice, lean/white meat or fish) and ofcourse... put in some exercise!! - running in the morning and afternoon is best =) GL on getting that bikini body :D

thanks... but I have tried slim fast and I do have a bikini body but I want to be better everyone can impprove a bit I always say, hmmm.. slimfast mannn that stuff just tatse nasty.. they need sum better flavors.. do they have bananas?? lol..

diets dont work
nothing works fast without having dangerouse ot fatal side effects
and your perfectly healthy and normal
maybe instead of being part of the 50% of people worldwide who hate there bodies when there perfectly fine...you could start learning to love your body.
sure if you want to loose weight (if your overweight) then sdo so
but your not
theres really no reason to waste your time and money risking you health just to drop a few more pounds that you really needed

aww thanks... but I can look better I know it lol.. when you lose weight and walk out on the beach shaking it showing the goods.. and knowing mm mm mmm damn I am one tasty little thing.. it makes you feel better bout your self.. know what I mean?? lol.. hmm but is there anything I hear vinigar helps drop weight and garlic keeps fat off the ribs.. lol..

#1 DO NOT DIET OR STARVE YOUR SELF (so unhealthy)
#2 work out (do not over stress)
#3 cut out any exsess sugar
