If I take hormone replacers will they help my period regulate and my boobs grow bigger?

you will stop going through puberty and they will reach there full size by the time your around 18-21
so all you can do is be patient and wait

It's best not to mess with your hormones while you're still growing, you could easily ruin something. Get at least 20 minutes of sunlight per day without sunblock for vitamin D. Or longer fully clothed such as from an outdoor activity is fine. But don't burn yourself; work your way up slowly if you have to. Eat enough calcium, iron and essential fatty acids (a.k.a. oil, a.k.a. unsaturated fat). That'll give your body all it needs to produce the proper hormones.
