you know that posistion, where you're on your side, with your leggs together (one on top of the other)? if so, get to that posistion, then lift the leg on top up all the way, and when you come down, hold it at the middle, and do a count of 5secs, then go all the way down, then repeat! do 3 sets, 20 reps for each side! - I've heared that this excersise burns the fat in your thighs! or you can also do squats with an exersise ball! - 3set, 20reps!
