Plus I think you might have larger labia minor. This may explain them being saggy, as for the deformed part it's probably all in your mind. Once you hit puberty your body undergoes many changes I.e. breast size, height, and size/shape of your vagina. A good number of men enjoy larger labia, and find it erotic. Lips come in a lot of different shapes. There purpose is to protect the delicate inner lips and cushon the vagina. They engorge with blood and sort of roll back.
