Boyfriend troubles

Ok this is actually my friend megan's problem but I thought I would ask because I had no idea what to tell her. Megan's birthday was a couple of days ago and her boyfriend crhis didn't get her anything. But chris' best friend, justin, gave megan $40....

Justin told megan that he was in love with her but didn't know what to do. Then megan got tickets to go see a basketball game (chris loves basketball) but chris couldn't go. Then chris goes to see the same game when his sister (or some other relative) got tickets. He hasn't been returning megan's calls and she is getting kinda mad. I hope someone has some advise because I had no idea what to tell her.

It seems to me like Chris has lost interest in Megan but is away to tell her but thats just an outsiders point of view. The only way to know for sure is to talk to him but since he isn't returning her phone calls that might not be easy. Maybe Megan should give him space and let him come to her when he's ready.

I believe too that he has lost interest in her. I think that she should give him some space because I bet that he is going to come running back to her but when he does whether or not she still has feelings for him I think she should blow him off + ignoree him juss like he has being doing to her.
