Better from behind

I need help I cant stop looking at a girl's a$$ when she passes me? It gets worse when I go swimming or to the beach. How can get over this habit?

Maybe think off something else, look at there face,legs, eyes...occupy your time, get more hobbys, if you go to the beach dont look at girls, look at the sand,water,scenery...theres nothing wrong with what your doing anyways...if you cant surpress it dont fight it, just dont do anything to act on your urges...as they say look but dont touch.
