Betta fish, is she pregnant?

I kinda need hlp here.. im not sure if my beta has eggs because she was in a bowl with a goldfish until he died. and now she is all fat near her fins and skinny on her tail, is she going to have half goldfish half beta babyiez??? and she also has a white thing on her belly that wasnt there before... please respond quick... asap!!!

Bettas don't really get fat and pregnant like you think.

They end up with the eggs in the little air bubble nest the males make at the top of the water. Unless you have timed everything just right and introduced a male and female and now see tiny flecks in the air bubble nest, there are no babies.

If the condition for the female to lay eggs is good, the white tube on her belly will pop out and some get stripes. this means she is full with eggs.
