Best way to lose weight..

what's the best way to lose a lot of weight fast and actually keep it off? and what do people do in order to have self-control? b/c I have self-control problems when it comes to food. if I eat a tiny bit, I eat a lot of something. then I get all sad b/c...

I feel fat and eat even more. help?

Okay first - you cant expect to see results right away. It takes time and you have to be willing to accept that. The keys are healthy eating and staying active; be sure to avoid foods with a lot of calories. Set a realistic goal for yourself and keep track, don't expect too much from yourself.

Add water. Tons of it! Cut out empty calories-sodas! Don't eat between meals. Don't eat after 6 p.m. Eat only natural occuring sugar foods. Stop eating when you get full. It takes the body 10 minutes to realize it's full-eat slow. No second helpings. Limit bread intake. I done all of these and I've lost 30 lbs in 10 weeks.
