Either covered with saran wrap in the microwave or with sauce on a low heat in a tightly lidded saucepan. After about 15 minutes or so after the sauce first started simmering stick a metal skewer of thin knife in the centre one and count to ten. If the skewer is hot when you pull it out they're heated through. I won't make a predictions regarding the time in the microwave as eat one seems to be so different.
