Best knives for cooking? I have a set of them that we bought about a year ago, and think they're wonderful, but we're planning on having a lot of guests over for halloween soon, and I want to make sure what we're using is up to speed. Are calphalon...

knives the best for cooking, or should I chuck them go with another brand? Thanks!

yeah i'd go with Henckels........damn good knives, got a set my senior yr of high school, still razor sharp 5 yrs later
