umm you can take a picture of you two and just get her a cute photo album and put the pic in the front. so that way she can put other pictures of you or her or you and her, or other people you know. or it ca be for your letters and stuff, and get her card too.
you can also go to like a cvs or walgreens or sav-ons and go to where they delvelop pictures and ask if they can put a picture of you and her or by your self on a shirt, sweater, cup, playing cards, ect...

I know you said Friday (tomorrow) so you probably got her something already but if you haven't if you have lots of pics of you two you could get a cute photoalbum and put those pics in it, or the scrapbook idea.. if you really dont know then just a gift card or some money or a cute necklace or something lol
