hmm im not sure with conceler or foundation but
on eyeliner my bestest ones are from avon
and maybelline.

I have really dark circles under my eyes from allergies,
and my concealer works really good-
it's the first one I've found, that actually cover's them up.
I got it at walmart too,
it'smaybelline.
it has concealer on one end, which you apply first,
and lightener on the other..

I use marykay mineral foundation.
it's light, and doesnt feel like you have anything caked on..
and it stays on really well..

I use marykay eyeliner too,
it goes on smooth and stays on.

I love yves st laurent for foundations and eyeliners and they are both quite longlasting and the foundation makes my skin look flawless. Hides my rosy cheeks perfectly and I dont even need a concealer with it. They are pretty expensive though

I'm not sure about the concealer/foundation because I don't use those type of things.
but as for the eyeliner mac is the best. :]
