Help! I need a bengal kitten. Where can I buy it near Delhi?

I am not sure if you can buy a bengal tiger in Delhi. I had heard that there were supposed new laws and sanctions in regards to the tigers after they reached further onto the endangered species list. First check with your local government to see if it is legal, then apply for the permits to transport him, and the correct enclosures, then you can expect to pay as much as 30,000 american dollars for a 1yr old that has been house-trained.
