Does bicycling target stomach fat?

Asked by courtsville over 2 years ago, 2 answers.

Will bicycling help you lose belly fat? I try to burn at least 300 calories on a stationary bike 5 times a week. Is this helping with the belly or should I try something else?

Cycling will help you lose calories but it won't have a significant effect on belly fat. You need to target your core and eat healthy. (sit ups, crunches, flutter kicks anything that works your abs, obliques and lower back - the core)
