Belly button ring

ok I wanted to get my belly button pierced,...now if I have the permission of my guardian does the gaurdian have to be there when I get it done or can I just have the ok and go with a friend??

I have my belly button pierced, and I believe that yes a parent is entitled to be there with you. I was 13 when I got mine done, and you have to have a adult there with you and have him or her fill out a form.

As long as you're under 18, you have to have your parent/guardian there to show their I.D. and fill out forms.
