Belly button piercing!

I want to get by belly button pierced. im 15 and a half. Is it really risky? and does anyone know how long I have to have it in, before im able to take it out wiht out it healing? cause I have a family holiday in january, and I dont want my parents to know about it?

you have to leave it in for 1 month - 3 months for it to heal

it hurts like *** so watch out

and if it gets infected your parents will definetly find out

so theres always that tiny risk but I think theyre cool

I got mine done when I was 15 my mom had to sign papers and prove that she was my mom so unless you have a way to do that I don't think it's possible for you to get it done. It isn't risky mine turned out perfectly fine and you have to leave it in for about 6-8 weeks before you change it.

im 15 and I just got mine pierced I love how it looks but warning it hurts really bad. and its not that risky.

at sixteen with a parent you can get one and if they hit you in a certain spot you start throwing up!

I got mine done when I was 13 and I've never had any problems with it. you have to keep it in for at least 6 weeks and trust it is not painful at all, I barely felt it.

I was 16 I done it my self! It barely hurt and I changed it after 3 weeks!

you need to make sure ytou want this first...
NOT to be cool, NOT because everyone else has one
but because YOU want it
because your body is still growing at around age 16-17 its going to have grown at at least half way
so youll need to get it re-done
you need to leave it in for about 4-6 months.
bellybutton rings take longer to heal that most pericings
if you decide you dont want it later on youll be left with a small pimple sized scar
and
at 15 there isnt any place that you can LEGALLY get it done...prfesioanlly
you need to be 16 or have a parent to consent to it at the real profesionals
and people at the mall or salon, you or your friends are NOT profesionals
and have no idea what your doing
be safe...id advise you to wait aynother year
