I want to get my belly-button pierced but my dad would kill be because im only 13 and plus when my sister was like 16 she got hers done w/o my dad knowin bc she knew he wouldnt let her get it done but then when he found out he pulled it out and now im...

afraid 2 get it done and him findin out and pull mine out.and I live in taylor,MI...
so what should I do? should I wait til im older?
where should I get it done?how mych would it cost?

DON'T do it yourself. It's not a smart or safe idea. Talk to your dad about it. Ask him why he doesn't want you having it. Explain to him some facts about piercings, like these -

~As long as they're done professionally and properly taken care of afterwards, there's no problems with them.
~They CAN be removed if you'd ever decide you didn't want them later in life. Simply take the jewlery out and never put it back in. The hole will close up over time and you'll never be able to tell you had it.

If he makes a big deal about it, let it go and maybe try asking again a few days later. If he keeps saying no and or getting mad, wait until you turn 18 so you can get it done right, but you won't need parental consent.

if your a smart girl youd really wait untill your a bit older
to get it profesionally done at under 16
youll need to bring an parent to consent to it
also at 13, you really dont need one
your body is still growing, so by the time you actually are 16 its going to be half grown out and just dangle there
it will look horrible, and youll need to get it re-peirced
unless you want it half hanging out
the only thing a peircing does it sit there and look pretty
it has no other benifits, but a lot of negatives
the scarring that stays when you take it out will be permnanent
and the longer you leave it in,
the less likely the hole has of ever growing back
because once its healed fully around the peircing
skin cant reattatch itself and grow back together
so if you have it in for a few years,
youll be left with a very noticable hole for a long time
if you have it in for a short time, youll be left with a small pimple sized scar that only fades with time
so you really need to think more about this
just wait untill your a bit older. at the very least, 15-16

pain depends on your pain tolerance but it probably will hurt because they use a bigger needle and jewelrey than they do for your ears

they clamp your navle, stick a hollow needle through and then thread the jewelrey through the needle
but theres no rush to get holes in your flesh
