The taste wouldn't be great. I think it would taste like Sparks, thats an energy-beer mixed drink.

If you're trying the caffeine cancels out alcohol thing, then no. All the caffeine does is keep you awake; it doesn't make you any less impaired. Big misconception out there. You're more dangerous drunk and hyped up on caffeine than just flat out drunk.
