You have to be here at least a month, have clear answers that actually help and answer the question, good grammar and punctuation.

Oh and then you can send in a request to editor.

It is also helpful if you know how the site runs (like for example being able to use the search button, because this question has been asked 100 times before), and also know what the rules are, and where to find them.
