You are contridicting yourself. Hoeing is not beautiful...hoeing is slutty and degrading. Beautiful is self-respect as well as appealing, sexy and charismatic.

Make-up of course; Always have a comb and a mirror with you and be very attentive of how you look once an hour; also wax your eyebrows (give them a cute, nice, or sexy 'form'). How you dress is very important too. But always remember to take care of yourself, pay a lot of attention to yourself and don't just 'forget' to put your make-up on, or that stuff =P. Always take care of yourself.

Like josefina said, look into makeup and hairstyles. Experiemnt around a little and find what looks best on you.
In being naturally beautiful, excersize is key. make sure your in good shape. Also, drink lots of water, it's good for your skin.
If you eat right, excersize, and know the right cosmetics and such, you can be gorgeous!
