How to beat a dui in court?

What is the best way to beat a DUI in court if your moving the vehicle was circumstancial.
For example, to end an altercation I drove a druck from the garage in my complex to a parking spot and got a DUI

Regardless of the circumstances, you obviously tested Drunk (over the limit) to be behind the wheel.

if you took a breath test or if they drew blood you can not. The best advice I can give is a good Lawyer. I did beat one in South Lake Tahe,Ca. With a high price Lawyer. Good luck and let me know what happens. I do know the first in Cali. is not to bad.
