Barbery and holley bushes dying

I have full and pygmy barberry and this year the braches are starting to die off. The larger branches first. The leaves dry and the whole branch dies. I also have holley bushes that I thought might have been effected by the winter, but they are acting...

If they are dying they are dying. Im very sorry for you. Buy new ones, everything comes and goes.
