I'm happy, and he gave a wonderful acceptance speech. I do expect that Pres-elect Obama will be able to work both sides of the aisle and get great things done for our country.

But lets not pass over the fact that McCain has done a lot and sacrificed a lot for this country. And he his conciliatory speech was generous and gracious.

I have high hopes that - just maybe - the US will step away from the strident partisanship that has been part of the last 16 years.

naw I'm staying put moron. now the rest of the country can suffer just like Massachussetts...socialized healthcare, gay marriage, liberal judges going entirely against the constitution...so see I'm used to it...politicians sticking money in their bra (wonder what size obama wears) oh AND higher taxes tee hee all y'all just got completely fooled... but that just proves my point about obama supporters, again, careful what you wish for...example, if John Kerry joins obama's team, Deval Patrick(idiot oh and dem) will CHANGE THE LAW in order to replace him instead of having a special election as mandated by the current law . but no,, dems can do what they want to, just like changing the voting law so people who moved out of the state within year could come back to vote for obama... see? so now the USSA will be one big Massachussetts...I hope you're ready for the 'change' tee hee
