perhaps this is outside your genre, but have you heard any eminem songs? every song tells a story, and he speaks quite clearly. rarely do I have to look up any eminem lyrics. he actually changes the lyrics of his songs for his edited versions, too, so his songs still make sense over the radio. smart man, eminem...

most radio stations play music thats more easily understood, so check out your local stations and if you have xm radio check out squiz, 20 on 20, the heat, flight 27, the 90s on 9, the 80s on 8, and the mix, they have a lot of good songs.
