What causes bags under your eyes? Can not eating be a factor?

okay there are a lot of things that can cause bags under the eyes: vitamin deficiency poor diet (which is guess not eating would be), overexposure to sunlight, no sleep, allergies, genetics, cigarette-smoking, disease, natural aging, or stress.
