Bad news

So I basically just got one of the worst pieces of news so far in my life and I have no idea how to handle it. What would you recommend? I've been crying nonstop for an hour or so.

Depends what the bad news is ..but I recomend a huge bar of chocolate and a cozy blanket

I dont really feel like saying it on here lets just say its REALLLY bad news. thats the best I can give.

When I get bad news the bet thing for me to do is exercise ... I love to just go running or do some crunches... It makes me feel better, gets my mind off of my problems, and hey, it makes you look better too! Hope this helps

sexylilme, I dont think that can really help for this kind of situation. thanks for the advice but this is somewhat a life changing thing if things get bad I guess. I guess ill figure out what to do by tomorrow

Just tell yourself you are strong enough to handle it, if its life changing and realistic, evaluate the situation and think what is the best thing you can do for yourself and your life

well one of the best things to do is talk about it with someone
especially when all WE can do is listen...
im sorry you heard something so bad that you cant stop criing
go for a walk, it will clear your mind...
if you need someone to talk to im here...
if not, takeing a walk would be a nice plan
