How can you tell if you have bad breath without someone telling you that there is an odor

A way to tell is cup your hand close to your mouth....blow into your hand and smell. If there is an odour it's you. Brushing the tongue and using one of those tongue scrappers really work....If your bad breath continues seek out a doctor it can be a sign of a bigger problem. Eating and drinking certain food will cause an odour and that is normal. This is when a good breath mint or breath gum would help keeping people from leaving the room.

Unfortunately, because your sense of smell is very closely linked with your sense of taste, it's impossible for you to figure out if you have bad breath on your own. This is the main reason that tic tacs other breath mints are so popular, because if you have to wonder it's important to NOT have bad breadth, the only way to be sure, is use a product or go brush your teeth.
