don't bleach or dye your hair for a good while. you're going to need to find a shampoo and conditioner that's been designed specifically for use on dry damaged hair. if you're the kind of person that likes to wash your hair everyday or so, make sure it's a frequent use shampoo and conditioner. keep washing it and over time your hair should start to heal itself.

What can i do, legally and otherwise, to fix this bleach job?
hi there can any one help me? i had nice long hair which was in very good condition when ou think of the amount of colouring and highlighting i have done to it. i decided i wanted to go from light brown with highlights to the white blonde posh has. i...
asked my stylist would this suit me and how much it would damage my hair. she said you would have to expect a littloe damage but as my hair is in good condition and strong it should be okay! i got my hair bleached once for 20 minutes then colour on the roots for 20 minutes then again on my longer lengths for 20 minutes! my hair is a complete disaster. it has went form very thick to sooo fine and is breaking off so much! while it was getting styled it was all breaking off and my scalp hurts so much!my hair is basically like gum now. i cant even get a brush through it and it had to be cut to near posh's length. what can i do to help it. will it ever come back in condition and have i any legal rights against the hairdressers.
