I'm not sure about the stretch marks, but to lose weight avoid eating sweets or fast foods, avoid beer and soda, and eat slowly. When you are hungry, eat until you aren't anymore, don't push yourself to finish a meal if you aren't hungry for it.
If you can't jog because of your back, walk a few miles a day, or swim laps.
I know cocoa butter can soften the appearance of stretch marks. About your bad back, maybe you could go to a fitness center and see a personal trainer for excersises that wont be too hard on your back. Also, if you can jog without too much back pain, thats a great way to lose weight, along with walking! hope I helped, and good luck

Try either an elliptical machine, or stationary bike. Both of these are gentle on a bad back. ...and if that won't work, swimming. The bouyancy of the water removes all the weight from your back while you're exercising.






Losing weight with a bad back?
I cant do much because I have a bad back but I really need to lose weight... What can I do thats safe healthy and fast that will help me lose weight and not have left over skin as my stomach??? also is there anything I can do, buy, or eat to remove stretchmarks?
