Well, its possible that you are sore from a tough workout, or maybe sleeping wrong. Try to think of something you did that you don't usually do that may have caused it (e.c. pushing something heavy) I wouldn't get too worried about it, it should go away in a few days. If it keeps hurting, maybe go see a chiropractor or doctor so you can find out what is wrong. Maybe you need a new mattress or pillow...Best of luck to you!!!

Go to a chiropractor. Ask around and get some recommendations for a good one. He or she, can xray your back and see whats up, then fix it. It isn't a quick fix, you will have to go a few times, but then life is good. I have a screwed up disc so my back hurts often, but I am old, and that crap comes with age I guess. If the chiropractor doesn't do it, see and orthopedic doctor and they can help too. I went to both. Hope this helps and good luck.
