I assume then that your dieting and exersizing? if not...well there is your answer. Cut down on fatty food intake and eat more fruit and veggies. Juice like fruit juice is really good to help clean the system as well. Also, it will be hard to take weight off with a baby so young, going to the gym isn't really practicle, try doing some crunches or light exersize around the home. if that doesnt work...talk to your doctor for a specialized diet.
YOu need to eat less calories then your body needs...and then exercise. Try the olipticle machine...it will give you a great work out. Cut down on sugar and eat small meals throughout the day. You might be use to eating larger portions because you were feeding two...to tel you the truth, weight watchers works...its not really a diet...it just helps you to eat the correct proportion of foods. Americans tend to over eat, and weight watchers will help you see what is ideal. I weighed 193 pounds in high school and now I weigh 150 and Im 5, 8 Im still working off my last ten pounds...you'll be fine.

I just had a baby about 6 months ago. I dont seem to be losing the weight! what should I do?
