Well,
My daughter started Crawling at 6months, I thought she would never crawl but did. She still has yet to walk, but is useing the walkers, also running around with it. She climbs the couch and walks across by holding on. Every child is different, my niece started walking 2 days before her first birthday, though my other niece started walking at 7 months. So theres really no time to tell. It will just happen. Let your little one explore everything around him. Who knows, soon enough you will get a surprise and see him try to walk to you when hes not looking. Kylie attemps to walk to me, when I look at her. she Turns away. So just take it easy and let him do what he wants to do.
<3 !
If you have not started giving him food yet then start with rice cereal mixed with some formula or breastmilk. After a couple of days then start with vegetables (doctor's recommend vegetable first because once a baby tastes the sweetness of fruit they normally don't like vegetables then). Try to give him a little rice cereal in the morning for breakfast then some vegetables for lunch. After he's about 10 months then you can give him 3 meals plus his bottles.
Good luck and congratulations
