Why in the world would you have old urine sitting around for this sort of thing?
First of all, I have no idea as to the definitive answer to this, but here is my take on the answer. It may depend on the way the urine was stored. Medical testing labs probably have much better storage methods than you do. The hormones found in urine that indicate pregnancy may degrade over time, but I have no clue as to whether or not they actually do. This sort of line of pondering aside, it would also depend on how far along you are (or aren't). Your urine may not have even had enough of the hormone in it to detect two days ago.
Esentialy, you would be safer to use a fresh sample, straight from the tap, as it were.
