Try using lube to ease the process, and get him to do it slowly - there's no rush

Have a lot of foreplay and use extra lubrication such as a KY.

well there are certain positions you can try when having sex that wont let him penetrate as deep such a version of the missionary but keep your legs flatter to the bed and closer together he wont be able to penetrate as deep but it will still feel great for him because this will make you feel tighter

or try other versions of lube or more of it
