Awards and certificate

How can I make a certificate or award using the face of my student and body of a cartoon character..Say an award certificate in Computer with my students face on a computer wizard character.

I'm not sure about the certificate, but you would make the student/cartoon combo with a photoshop program. You would (after ensuring the pictures were about equally proportioned) select the student's head, then copy and paste it onto the cartoon picture. There's a bit more to it, but, photoshop is something you really need to experiment with to understand. I would consult a computer teacher or an art teacher at the school.
