oh, hey, you should take martial arts...its like perfect to learn all the avatar moves...I personally LOVE avatar ^^. Each element is a different art, like fire nation has their own martial art, water, air and earth as well. I will search out all the 5 main martial arts...and they are real, but I reccomend as a first start to try TAEKWONDO, it totally teaches you all you need to know, I am a green belt, working on black^^, oh and for more info on all the different styles of martial arts, go see a clip of avatar on nick.com, it will tell you all about the diff martial arts. btw, what is mma??? :P im 15 years old, yup :P

For the past 6 or 9 nights I have stayed up until 12 Midnight doing MMA but in Avatar:The Last Air Bender style. What I mean is,the same kind of moves they do on the show I do in real life. When I was getting dressed for PE I tested my flexibility and...
usually when I do I usually hurt myself a little bit,but this time when I did it I got my foot all the way to the 3rd story where my locker was.
I asked my PE teacher if practicing MMA at home could make me more flexible,she said it can,how is this possible?
