I guess there is a quote that been release where Ezio does killed a well built guy and I guess Ezio tells the guy this before he dies No matter how buff and strong you think you are , a knife can still go through your heart with little effort.

I'm kinda glad it that something like this is said, because a lot of well built guys that think they are so tough and invincible and this statement shows that they are human just like everyone else

It's a very true statement, people who are strong and muscular believe that they can't be killed, even by a knife because they think that they can easily overpower someone. What they don't think about is that they can't defend against something they don't see.
