How can i ask this girl out?

Hi. I have never asked a girl out in my life, nor have I ever been on a date in my life.
I'm not so sure how to handle this situatuon. I'm actually 14.

really like her. And I do think that she likes me too...so I'm not sure 100% on what to do, I guess you could say that I'm stuck lol.
Can I just get some advice on how to get to her, or something like that? I am kinda nervous over this too.
