How to use eyeliner to make your eyes look asian?

I'm in theatre and this one adult actor told me that by applying your eyeliner correctly you can make them look asian. Does anyone have any clue how you do that? Ever since third grade I've always wanted Asian eyes, but I hate plastic surgery and am...

against it unless for medical reasons. So please please tell me how to apply eyeliner like this. Thank you so much to anyone who knows!

cant you just at the corner of your eyed draw the liner out a lil

stretch your eyes out with transparent tape yo!!!
my girlfriend does it and everyone loves it!!!
