Is it true, if you crack your knuckles on a regular basis it can actually cause arthritis in later life?

(this is quoted from the site below) A couple of other sites agree that it's a cause for arthritis.

Arthritis
Damage to the joint surface, the cartilage, can cause cracking joints. However, this type of joint cracking usually is found in older patients who have known arthritis. It is uncommon for a patient's first complaint of arthritis to be joint cracking.
Does the joint cracking cause arthritis?
It's unlikely that joint cracking is a significant cause of arthritis. Joint cracking is usually painless, and so long as it does not cause pain, most doctors agree that you are unlikely to be doing any harm. There are some conditions that can cause a joint cracking that need to be addressed, but these tend to cause symptoms of pain.
If you have joint cracking that cause pain, you should be evaluated by your doctor. Otherwise, you are not likely to be causing any problems, including arthritis, by your joint cracking.

If you want to avoid arthritis donot crack you rknuckles why do oyu need to or want to do it anyway. And plan your life so you do not eat enriched flour products and enriched grains. These have been stripped of thei rnatural vitamins and chemicals they cal vitamins are addded to eh grain or hte flour. They say it is enriched biut we sincerely believ ethe body really sees these chemical s as poisons more than they see them as good for you.

I belvie the iron really creates conditinos trhat favor and help arthritis and heart disease and adult onset type I diabetes and may make it easier to get cancer and harder to cure it.

These are my opinons not based on my idley dreaming up an idea they come from ideas expressed by good scientists who know their stuff. to manyof our scientists follow the popular ideaology abotu these sor to fo things and it is not good for us as a people.

Avoid enriched products and eat brown rice and whole grains and the like they have th original vitamins that grew in them by nature.

email us iof you want to know of htings that e think wil reverse the troubles that cause these ritis, Arthritis bursitis etcetera problems.
