Clicking your fingers/ cracking your knuckles will not cause arthritis. That is a myth.

Well your making a conscious decision to crack them, so just get out of the habbit, it may not cause arthritis but it can't be good for you.
How about wearing a rubber band on your wrist and every time you crack them you'll get a smack from the band
