Art coursework, need ideas!

Well my art topic is I ME MINE
and I've chosen Weird dreams nightmares...
but I need help on how to show this through media...

You could use a film like Pan's Labyrinth which focuses on a little girl torn between reality and the world in her dreams...if you want to get really crazy films like Nightmare on Elm Street test the If you die in your dreams do you die in real life theory. Science of Sleep is another very cool movie about dream worlds.

Try using mixed media, cutouts from magazines and whatnot. Surrealism is a pretty good art style to go with if you're going to be interpreting dreams, so I'd try that.
