Area codes?
I've been talking to someone from Alabama and the area code is 251. Is that out of Alabama?
I was just wondering since I have a plan on my cell phone where I can call out of state while I'm in Michigan. If I leave the state of Michigan, I won't be able...
to call out unless I get charged for roaming. I want to be sure the area code 251 is out of Alabama so I wouldn't be calling international since I don't have that plan. I'm afraid to have my phone bill go up again like it did last time. I do though get anytime minutes which is nice.
Anyway, opinions would be great on this particular area code.
