How to know whether you are pregnant or not. I mean to say what are the symptoms or changes a woman experienced if she got a pregnancy. This certainly helps women to know whether she is pregnant or not.

Yeah there are signs and symptoms but those could mean so many other things and some pregnant women don't even experience a lot of them. Theres not really any sign that means a definite pregnancy. Even a messed up period doesn't mean its a for sure pregnancy. So a test is the only way of knowing for certain.
